2023 IAPL SUMMER SCHOOL - 4th edition

We are delighted to announce the revival of the IAPL Procedural Reporter, breathing new life into a quarterly newsletter that initially commenced in 1983 under the editorship of Professor Marcel Storme, at that time, the Executive Secretary General of the Association, under the presidency of Professor Mauro Cappelletti. The IAPL Procedural Reporter will once again become your go-to source for updates and information about our Association and related national procedural law organizations.
Ce numéro de l’IAPL Procedural Reporter présente les activités à venir et récentes de l’Association internationale de droit procédural. Il annonce le Colloque IAPL 2026 à Paris sur la justice environnementale ainsi que l’École d’été IAPL 2026 à Lucques, et rend compte du succès du Colloque 2025 à Zagreb et de l’atelier des jeunes chercheurs en l’honneur de Rodolfo Sacco.
The July 2025 issue of the IAPL Procedural Reporter highlights key upcoming events, including the III International Conference IAPL–IIDP in Zagreb (Sept. 2025) and the 2026 Paris Colloquium on Environmental Justice. It reports on recent initiatives such as the PKU Summer School in Beijing, announces a Young Scholars Workshop in Turin and a Ghent symposium on law and apology, and showcases new publications alongside the latest issue of the International Journal of Procedural Law.
